If you are considering a second Creator account, Studio is almost always the cheaper and simpler choice.
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep full access to paid features until then. Your images and embeds are preserved and revert to Free-tier limits after the cycle ends.
